Riley Bowen is sixteen years old and a sophomore at Cooperstown Central School. She is so grateful to have the opportunity to be playing one of her dream roles! Riley performed in her first musical production in 2011. Some of her favorite roles include Patrice (13 the Musical), Jo March (Little Women), Baby Louise (Gypsy), Sharpay Evans (High School Musical JR.), Brooke Wyndham (Legally Blonde the Musical JR.), Little Red Riding Hood (Into the Woods JR.), Scar (Disney’s The Lion King JR.), Thea (Spring Awakening), and most recently Pepper in Annie. Riley has also been involved with The Vagina Monologues since she was in 6th grade. Aside from being on stage, Riley has also had the role of Junior Producer (13 the Musical), Dance Captain for several shows, and Assistant Choreographer (Spring Awakening).
Gunnar Hassard is thrilled to be taking part in Bold Theatrics’ first production, he was last seen in the OHS Blue and Gold Guild's production of A Christmas Carol, in which he played Bob Cratchit. Gunnar has enjoyed working with this incredible cast and crew. He will attend SUNY Purchase in the fall to pursue a major in theatre performance, while continuing his acting career.
Molly Bowen is a sixteen year old sophomore at Cooperstown Central School. She is ecstatic to play the almighty, mythic bitch, Heather Chandler, and has had a blast being dance captain for this show. Molly has been in several productions with Orpheus Theatre and CCS Thespians - including Cinderella, Hairspray, Cats, Shrek the Musical, Willy Wonka the Musical, Gypsy, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jesus Christ Superstar and Annie. Some of her favorite roles include Wendla Bergman (Spring Awakening), Beth March (Little Women), Lucy (13 the Musical), Margo (Legally Blonde the Musical JR.), Timon (Disney’s The Lion King JR.), Pinnochio (Shrek the Musical JR.) and Cinderella (Into the Woods JR.). Molly has also served as a junior producer for 13 the Musical, and has been dance captain on five shows. She dances at Elite Dance Academy. Molly has participated in NYSSMA and All-County Choir for six years.
Sarah Hansen is a junior at Oneonta High School who is excited to be preforming in Bold Theatrics’ first production. Sarah not only plays a cheerleader as Heather McNamara, but in reality is also a Varsity Cheerleader for OHS. She recently also performed as Shelia in the Blue & Gold Guild production of A Chorus Line. Other roles have included: Sharpay in High School Musical, a featured dancer and soloist in Rent, and Brigitta in The Sound of Music. She has been involved with Orpheus Theatre, SUNY Oneonta’s Apollo Music Club, and recently co-directed It’s Cool In The Furnace at the First United Methodist Church. Sarah is a Varsity Scholar Athlete at OHS (Golf/Cheer), a member of NHS and NSHS, VP of the OHS Senior Band, a member of the OHSan, and has been chosen to be an ambassador to the RYLA conference at SUNY Oneonta this year.
MIkayla Web is fourteen years old and in ninth grade at Oneonta High School. She is delighted to be involved with Bold Theatrics’ premiere production! Previous Orpheus Theatre and OHS BG guild productions include Willy Wonka the Musical JR. (Mrs. Bucket), Annie JR. (Annie), High School Musical JR. (Ensemble), Willy Wonka the Musical (Veruca Salt), Gypsy (Ensemble), 13 the Musical (Charlotte), Shrek the Musical JR. (Princess Fiona), The Wizard of Oz, Disney’s The Lion King JR. (Shenzi), Legally Blonde the Musical JR. (Vivienne), Spring Awakening (Anna) and A Christmas Carol (Tiny Tim).
Casey Smith is a certified adult™ and karaoke superstar working as a residence hall director over the hill at SUNY Delhi. She is excited to relive her high school glory days as “Martha Dumptruck” in Bold Theatrics’ first production. Casey has been seen performing with Elmira College theater as Penelope Pennywise in Urinetown. She was also involved in productions of Pippin and The Wedding Singer with Elmira College as well.
Jarrett Dougal is super excited to be a part of Heathers, and be involved in Bold Theatrics’ maiden voyage! He is currently attending Suny Oneonta with a degree in Theatre and is studying to be a voice actor. He should’ve mentioned earlier that he is playing the part of Ram, but he digresses. He is beyond grateful to Ben and Brooke for allowing him to perform in one of his favorite musicals of all time. He can’t wait for you to see the show and experience this cult classic!
Toby Green is a fifteen year old sophomore at Milford Central School. He is very excited to be playing Kurt in Bold Theatrics first production. Previous roles include Danny Zuko in Grease, Georg Zirschnitz in Spring Awakening, Lefou in Beauty and the Beast and many other various ensemble roles in high school and Orpheus productions. He plays the trombone in the high school and jazz bands in his school and sings in the senior choir. He enjoys racing mountain bikes all over New York State.
Adrienne Wise is thrilled to be part of Bold Theatrics’ first production! She has appeared in numerous Orpheus Theatre shows, with her favorite roles including Truvy in Steel Magnolias, Cinderella in Into the Woods, April in Company, Sister Mary Amnesia in Nunsense, Jellylorum in Cats and Prudy Pingleton in Hairspray. She has also performed in Cooperstown’s V-Day production of The Vagina Monologues and with Glimmer Globe Theatre Company and Stuff of Dreams Productions.
Tom Pondolfino is a retired Navy Gunners Mate, and has been kicking around the stage locally for over ten years. His last appearance was as The Cowardly Lion in Orpheus Theatre’s production of The Wizard of Oz. Other credits include Next to Normal (Dan Goodman), Gypsy (Herbie), Shrek the Musical (Shrek), Cats (Old Deuteronomy), Legally Blonde the Musical (Professor Callahan), Company (Peter), Hairspray (Wilbur Turnblad) and Cinderella (King Maximillian). He is thrilled to be a part of Bold Theatrics’ maiden voyage.
